The roof is leaking in my bedroom causing flooding since 1/30/2026. Roof replacement began on 1/26/2026, to address leaking in different apartments in my building. Repairs were not completed and abandoned when it began raining on 1/28/2026. Flooding in my unit began on the 30th and the landlord was notified, no repairs have been made, and we have not been given a schedule or plan for repairs after four days.

Tree branch has been low for years (about 6' feet high above sidewalk). Recently (10/16) it's now even lower (I think it's unstable) *under 6 feet-A danger blind & visually impaired; it's literally across the street from WA State Dept of Services for the Blind, where I work as a Mobility Specialist.
