PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: I was previously employed by the management company and i am no longer employed. i am in a fixed term lease and she is demanding that i move out, now she is demanding that i pay her the deposit that was not required of me when i moved in. i cannot afford the entire depoist plus the full rent,

Tenant stated that they are doing construction. Per PCS history the alterations are on the interior not the exterior. Tenant was told that the deck railing for all the tentant on her floor would be placed back on no later than Wednesday 10/22/14 came home railing still missing and missing today. Tenant has a small dog. Per M.D. take complaint because its for interior work not exterior for railing to be missing.
