per online complaint: The tenants in this house (4711 12th Ave NE) have parked 6 cars in the back yard of the house all the time. Some of the back tails of the cars have blocked the road way of the alley almost every day. Sometime, my car can't get out from our building at garage door.

Per online complaint: Garbage is being stored on either side and behind each of the houses. The owner also owns the house located at 4713 12th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. Because of the garbage not being properly disposed of through waste management, rats are feeding off of the garbage and have become more abundant.
