The elevator at Nolan Apartments, located at 4717 Brooklyn Avenue NE, broke down in January 2024 due to a pipe burst and still hasn't been fixed. I have previously spoken to Heather Warren regarding an issue about unreasonable entry requests and improper formatting of notices. This issue is relating to the matter but is not about the previous issue. They were issued a warning around September 12, 2023 about unreasonable ranges of dates for entry, and improper formatting of notices of entry as they did not provide contact information nor put posting ups, but what it sounded like, it was not entirely required for them to put up printed not

There's been multiple times where they have entered the units without giving proper notice. This morning they told us they will be entering units to do fire alarm inspections, we were never given a notice or entry.

Nolan & Nora Leasing Office by Campus Advantage is violating tenant rights. This sent out a notice saying that they were doing apartment inspections with only a 24 hour notice. They also stated they would be entering our apartments anytime for an unspecified three week period that says up until move-in. So there were no specific dates provided.
