Owner pruned trees and placed the tree limbs on the planting strip and street. There are also carpet pieces and carpet pad on planting strip and street.

Scaffolding is in pieces and lying in yard. Also has been cutting tree in the planting strip and tossing limbs onto sidewalk and roadway (now people are adding trash including carpet pieces).Last spring, Case 1015137, was about removing the scaffolding. Complainant said owner is always saying he'll "take care of it" when it comes to junk storage but never does. Neighbors have offered to help but owner says he can do it.

Scaffolding against wall of house on north side poses a danger to the public, located only 4-5 feet from ROW. The scaffolding has been there for over 15 years and is deteriorating. The owner has no permit and hasn't been using it to work on the house.
