HOUSING--per phone call--water heater exploded and flooring was damaged. There is black mold and the kitchen sink is also leaking. None of the housing issues have ben addressed. New flooring should be installed as there is cat urine damage to flooring. Conditions are very unsanitary.

Maintenance issue. Underperforming furnace, wet carpet after water tank fail, cat urine damage and water damage throughout. PM taking 2 weeks to a month to respond and issues neglected or incomplete.

There are 10 tenants in this house; they have been there approx 1 month. They asked the landlord to have some of these issues repaired when they moved in; and they aren't responding. Side door doesn't lock right and they have jimmy-rigged a lock that makes it hard to open it. The windows don't lock, there was rotton flooring with mold and they covered it with flooring and it's a tripping hazard as well as still moldy.
