Owner shared with tenant on 11/08/2020, one week after 10/31/2020 move in [for a one-year lease] that the unit was exposed to wildfire smoke over the summer and was not cleaned after. Owner shared with tenant that the unit was cleaned when the prior renter moved out in July 2020 and the windows were left open throughout the summer. Over the course of the summer, the air quality was at dangerous levels due to wildfire smoke from California, Canada and Washington state. Owner
