In the laundry room of the building (the code to the room is 0314 and is accessed from the front of the building underneath the Ravenna apts sign), there is a storage room on the back right. Sewage water pumps out that hole and down and out the front of the building. It's a hole full of sewage the reeks the entire building at times. The tenants have been pumping water out themselves to maintain the smell. The owner refuses to fix it on a timely manner and blames long time residents for the issu
