The crosswalk sign on 50th and Roosevelt has been changed to a machine gun noise. It's quite loud and I can hear it across the street. It goes on during the day and at night. Is there anyway to change it like turn it down lower or going back to another type of sound?

Electronic keypad lock mechanism to front door regularly malfunctioning (5 times w/in 3 month period) - no alternative entry. Caller reported vomit in elevator on Friday, Feb 3, which was not cleaned until the evening of Monday, Feb 6. Tenants pay special fee for front desk service, but desk attendant is consistently absent: "Never anyone there".
