My rental management company has not fixed my bathtub. I reported the issue in December or January. The tub drains slowly to the point that it is, at times, entirely unusable. Despite this standard of ignoring complaints on a regular basis - mostly related to poor remodeling and neglect of plumbing repairs and updates, they have issued a rent increase in direct violation of Seattle regulations that require 180 days' notice.
