Jan 25th, 2013 File NO 1028950 violation for use of sun-room as a sleeping space is ongoing. Two people currently reside there. I don't believe any of the violations in that document have been addressed. There is likely lead/asbestos dangers. The house currently resides more than ten people. The showers don't drain properly. The property is likely sub-standard for human occupation.

Per Online;Possible Fire Hazard! (Electrical shortage?)Outside electric wiring hanging on southeast corner of house likely damaged.Flood light going on & off continuously (new bulb).This has been going on for quite some time & needs an electrician, not a handyman.
