The parking lot in front of the entire building has, to my knowledge, severe structural damage.Roughly two months ago, all tenants were asked to no longer park their cars in the small parking lot (about 6 or 7 car spaces) because the structure was damaged. I received a text message from the property management on 9/4/20 saying that "parking lot unsafe condition, we are planning the maintenance services starting ASAP....please DO NOT use the building parking lot from now on

Being charged an additional $100 per month for parking, there is nothing in the lease that states this fee will be charged. Shouldn't this be in the lease or tenant at least told this? Is this legal?
