City Watch Apartments began "renovating" Suite 102 on March 10th. They provided no written nor advance notice, and I am one floor above in 222. The construction noise (sawing, scraping, hammering, and other sound) resonates out of my walls, loudly and clearly, at random times from ~7:30am into the afternoon. The noise level easily drowns out my TV and prevents me from sleeping during nightshift rotations.
