The contractors for 4747 UNIVERSITY VIEW PL NE illegally (1) parked in our driveway (2) put a port-a-potty in our driveway (3) put a garbage can in our driveway (3) impeded our access to the only alley we can use to access our driveway (4) parked in our neighbors' driveway. How will this construction project ensure that these violations never reoccur?

A worker illegally parked in our driveway today. They said they were doing DADU construction on 4747 University View Pl NE. Was that construction approved and compliant with the specific plot given it's small dimensions? What is the plan for resident parking that was approved? What was the plan for construction team parking so they do not illegally park on our land?

doing work outside of issued permit was told const would only be in the basement they are now working on the 3rd floor (see 6868674-CN) tenant is concerned landlord states no tenants are at property currently there are 2 active lease agreements held here - const has gone past date tenants were told it would be completed - there is a problem with dust in the air
