I believe my neighbor just cut down a large tree without a permit.  There was no permit posted. When asked about it, the workers got extremely defensive and refused to give any information. There was no company info on their vehicles. One was a truck with Washington plates D65959K.

Amplified music recorded at above 90-110 decibel during and throughout the day and evening on April 30th. Includes two houses same owner leased to Fraternity 4758 and 4754. Ongoing problem landlord.

At approximately 8:45 PM Thursday April 30. I witnessed Adolesent boys run out of 4758 completely naked cuping their penis ran around the neighborhood in front of more than 50 people in some sort of fraternity gag or initiation. The youth were drinking alcohol, blasting loud music above allowed levels. The houses of 4752,4754,and 4758 are owned by the same person who is notorious for allowing underage, drinking, drugs, violent encounters and sex offences.
