Food waste was dumped on street in front of 4845 S Holden St. I did not see who dumped this particular pile of food, but several times previously I have seen a man walk out of 4845 S Holden St and dump food.  I've seen rats in this immediate area feeding on food in the street. Vehicles nearby have evidence of damage from rats (chewed hood insulation, rat poop on engine block, chewed wires).
