Per Online; We are the owners of the property to the south. Our rockery at the NE corner of our property has been partially dismantled and construction debris been placed on our side of the property line without our permission.

There is a 7' deep vertical excavation right on the southern property line since Friday, the 16th of April, without providing temporary shoring or over-excavation agreement. In addition the temporary power pole is attached to my fence post without getting my permission.
