I was late paying my move-in cost but have since then submitted two payments. 1 from my bank in certified funds and the 2nd through the guarantors website that they told me I needed to have. Now they are charging me for February's rent even though it hasn't happened yet.

I moved in to this apartment mid-Feb 2020 and have a few issues to convey. Firstly, my desire was to sign a six month lease, but, the apartments forced me to sign a seven month lease stating it was a requirement of the city. I wanted my lease to end on the 15th of the month, but, they said it was a company policy to end all leases at the end of the month to streamline move-outs (I was waiting on an apartment to complete construction and was going to be available on the 15th of
