For the past 2 weeks, the temperature inside the units has been at 90 degrees Fahrenheit which makes it impossible for tenants to sleep. Even when all windows are opened, the temperature inside the apartments is at 90 degrees. The reason why the indoor temperature inside apartments is this hot is because the building has radiant floor heating and the boiler that controls the temperature has been broken.
