I want to also make a complaint about overgrown vegetation. Black berry bushes grown to the walking side walk. Vegetation is taller than 6 foot. Blocks pedestrians access to sidewalk to access public transit. I am a local resident and was cut by the black berry bushes.reference: 008159-26CP

Per Online; We've been having trouble paying rent and been getting rental assistance. My landlord refused to update the rent portal for several months and wasn't following ERAP program guidelines. Also they sent me a erpp form after I told them I was approved for hen. Also I wanted to inform you that this is a Carl Haglund property and he has a history of being a slum lord. Our apartment has many things broken and I've tried to get them fixed for months.

Per CSB; SDCI received a complaint about vegetation overgrowth and garbage within that same area: mattress and garbage bags. This area is a non through street on city property. This area is at the cross streets of S Thistle St and 50 Ave S
