Per 5/7/09 online complaint: "Signal Electric Company does not have sidewalk-closed signs on 5th Ave between 50 & 51 streets. We were forced to walk into the i-5 off ramp with our elderly mother and were almost hit by several vehicles. Someone needs to address this issues ASAP before someone is hit by a car and killed today!"
