There is loud construction going on at 4 AM in the morning on 4/26 As I am writing this, there is a large drill being loaded on to a truck and it woke up almost everyone in my apartment building. This is absolutely unacceptable. People are yelling outside and there's loud crashing. This is way outside the noise ordinance and construction hours.
