Main door to house does not lock. When I reported it to landlord, he stated I can get it fixed. There are 2 heating units in my closet, and 1 belongs to the unit upstairs. The landlord continuously infringes on my time and privacy to adjust heat for the other tenant, and sometimes without my permission. I feel unsafe and want to break my lease. What are my rights?
