Complainant is a tenant in a rooming house that is slated for demolition - See Tenant Relocation License 1040628. Application was provided to tenant in Autumn of 2017. Tenant submitted paper work but is under the impression he submitted his application too late. Landlord now claims that tenant must vacate by 2/1/18 - landlord will be on site with Sheriff. Complainant called with questions pertaining to Just Cause Eviction and TRAO.
