We moved into our unit in April 2025. Within the first weeks it became clear that our next-door neighbor is a heavy smoker and regularly smokes inside her apartment. Her unit is directly adjacent to ours, and there appear to be cracks, gaps, or ventilation pathways between the units that allow cigarette smoke to enter our home.During the summer the issue was less intense because she kept her windows open and used fans to blow the smoke outside.
