Massive overgrowth of the vegetation. The owner of this property does not care about taking care of the trees and bushes. And they are practically covering the sidewalk. We also see a bunch of rats living in the overgrowth because the brush is not cleared out. This presents a bad rat problem for our whole neighborhood!

Per Online; On the corner of 72nd and 5th, right in front of the stop sign, there are huge overgrown yuccas. When you're driving down 72nd, you can't see a pedestrian come to the corner (or step into the street) because the bushes are so high. They completely block visibility and causes unsafe conditions for both drivers and pedestrians. This is a really busy street with tons of foot traffic.I live on 73rd so we drive down this street often as well as walk through here.

NOISE--per online--I live at 502 NE 72nd St. Apt. B, Seattle, WA 98115 in Greenlake. This week, we received a notice on our door saying that SPU would be shutting off our water on Thursday, August 1 from 10 PM - 4 AM. It warned us to make sure we have a supply of water during this time, but said nothing about ongoing construction and power tool usage during those hours, in the middle of the night. PER CSB: Noise complaint. This thing beeps LOUDLY every 20 seconds and sounds like a loud version of fire detector that has low batteries. It is extremely annoying and keeping us from sleeping. It has been going off 24/7 for the past week.
