My next door neighbor has been constantly talking on the phone with loud noise daily, for which the situation had continued for weeks. Every day they stayed on the phone for approximately 7-8 hours, sometimes even perpetuating through late night until 11-12pm. I am writing to formally submit a noise complaint regarding my neighbor at 5026 15th Ave NE. Unfortunately, for the past several weeks, they have been hosting loud parties every weekend, which usually past midnight. The excessive noise, including loud music and shouting, is making it difficult for me to sleep and is disrupting the peace of the neighborhood. Despite my attempts to call non-emergency line, the noise has persisted, and I am now requesting your assistance in addressing this matter
