The building at 5020 California Ave SW, Seattle has some fire alarms beeping for the past 6 weeks. There was an inspection last month that yielded issues with the 10 year old smoke alarms that never were fixed. The property management is not doing anything about it. Please contact Paladium who owns the building.

Per Online; The dog walk in the building courtyard is disgusting. There is feces and standing water at all times. In addition, it is colonized with Giardia - a parasite that causes extreme GI upset in both dogs and humans. It's horrible.
