We've contacted the city about this lot before and it did get cleaned up pretty quickly which we appreciated, but it seems it is getting filled with trash and homeless again. In one photo you can see an individual using drugs. There is also a tan truck parked at this lot often that clearly has an unhoused person in it. There is a lot of drug use and garbage dumping going on in this lot -- original
