My unit has had roaches for months. Management says they will treat, but they never keep the appointments. I have asked when the treatment will happen, what type of chemicals will be used because I am a senior citizen with one lung. I have to know what kind of chemicals are going to be used and where they will be used. I have asked anyone coming into my unit to wear shoe covers, that is ignored. And I want them to give me 48 hours notice. What are my rights?
