Lives in older building, everyone is using fans/ac. Causing power to go out in different units periodically. Cannot reset their own brakers and no maintenance onsite that can turn on immediately. They have been instructed to refrain from using electricity or AC. Seeking tenant rights and requesting housing inspection.

PER CSB: This unit built on top of this building cannot be safe and following building codes. I can't imagine a permit would have been granted for something that in the event of an earthquake - would fall down four stories onto the street
