PER PHONE COMPLAINT: hazardous wiring in garage.Complainant rents the detached garage from owner. The owner rents rooms in the house. Recently the owner made changes to the wiring in the garage that appear to be a fire hazard. Unprotected wires are haphazardly stapled on the exterior of garage.There is wiring that connects the garage to the house.
