Driving visibility safety concern due to hedges planted on 35th Avenue NE:Laurel hedge (est. 3' tall) on planting strip in front of this property reduces and obstructs visibility for drivers emerging from NE 52nd at 35th Avenue NE. WEEDS 3 - It seems no one is taking this complaint seriously. I keep filing, the City says it is completed, but the homeowner does not comply. The bushes on the parking strip are taller than the allowed height, Please make the homeowner comply.

Per online complaint - The property owner has not complied with the complaint issued in January 2018. The laurel bushes exceed the height allowed for vegetation in the parking strip. This property has received other complaints about the bushes and nothing seems to change.
