Severe substandard living conditions. Tenant has a child with asthma. There is NO KITCHEN, NO SINK & NO STOVE. There are NO Walls inside the house and no cabinets. Section 8 came out and was in shock and immediately canceled the tenants rental agreement with this landlord. Tenant was told she had to leave ASAP by SECTION 8 & to call us. MOLD, LEAKS also.
