We've been watching a crew frame up new townhouses across the street. They seems like a great crew and are working very quickly. However, we've seen some things the make us worry about the safety of the crew. They have been working at 3-4 stories without safety harnesses, and today I watched them lift a worker on a plywood board put across a lift. They did not appear to have a safety harness.
