Per online complaint, "Property was puchased in 2007 and remodel was started. As of Jan. of '09, the property has been vacant/abandoned for some time. There is a huge pile of debris in the back yard and many missing windows. Inside of the house is bare down to the frame and is in dangerous/damaged condition."
