Landlord consistently does not communicate in a professional manner, does not give proper updates to things in the building. He's rude. The building doesn't have proper resources for disposing recycling. One laundry machine for the entire 18+ tenants in the building.

An unhoused person has "moved into" my carport I rent at the Don Todd building in the alley behind. They have piled up an immense amount of garbage and clothing. They have also damaged my car.

Per Online; The heat has not been working since September, when it is legally suppose to be on once the temperature drops below 68. October has been extremely cold, with nights going into the low 30's consistency, yet no heat in the building.
