Property management did not deliver on amenities promised in leasing contract. My washing machine has been defective since I started living here and I have received zero help in fixing it or replacing it since I filed a maintenance request in May of 2022. I wrote to my property management asking for them to either fix it or lower my rent since this has been ongoing and I should be be getting charged less and they dismissed it entirely.
