Unsafe driveway, the light is broken. Also, building electronics (both in my unit and neighbors) are unsafe. Microwave trips the conduit. There are also rats and pests present on premises

Property management did not deliver on amenities promised in leasing contract. My washing machine has been defective since I started living here and I have received zero help in fixing it or replacing it since I filed a maintenance request in May of 2022. I wrote to my property management asking for them to either fix it or lower my rent since this has been ongoing and I should be be getting charged less and they dismissed it entirely.
