We haven't had heat since Friday, January 13th. We have contacted the property management company beginning Saturday, January 14th, January 15th and January 17th, by email, phone, text and website portal. We have not received any communication - including any updates on when the issue will be resolved. This is just one of the many issues the property management company has not acknowledged or attempted to resolve - but since it is heat-related and extremely cold in the house, is the most import
