Per online complaint "¦Outdoor storage of junk (inoperable cars, debris) ¦Construction without permits ¦Construction noise ¦Clearing or grading without permits ¦Tree cutting on a vacant lot" I spoke to complainant laying down of concrete does not require a permit I told him. I asked if junk storage can be viewed he said yes from the public sidewalk in front of house.
