I own the house at 513 21st Ave., Seattle, 98122. On Saturday, while showing the house to potential tenants, I went into the back yard and discovered that two photinia trees (one entire tree and half of the one next to it) in my fenced yard had been cut down, with the tree trunks and branches left all over the yard. While I was in the back yard, a worker at my neighbor's house at 517 21st Ave. (owner: Valerie Gardner) who was installing new siding for her popped his head over the fence and said
