On Jan. 17th landlord instructed locksmith to bar front entry door to prevent egress and ingress via this fire door. This was done by screwing a piece of wood into the door frame and door.911 was contacted on Jan. 18th at approximately 9pm to remove this safety hazard. Both SFD and SPD respodned, with SFD removing the obstruction at that time. SFD incident number F260008607.Supporting documents:1. PER CSB 25-00110572: Illegal occupation in Whittier Hall carport #6. At least one person appears to be living in the space. There is garbage, debris, and sleeping bags in the ground. Activity and debris is restricting access to the passenger side of my vehicle.

per online complaint: The east side lighting, both interior and exterior, seems exceptionally bright. The interior lights are glaringly bright and I'm told the owner is looking into a fix. There are exterior spotlights on the top East decks that need some type of shield. They are like spotlights shining right at building
