My rental home has had repeated plumbing issues resulting in raw sewage being expelled from the sewer pump. Most recent event on 8/31/2025 and still not cleaned by landlord. There is dried raw sewage in my lower level, there is mold developing around the area. There are two children who sleep on the lower level where there is mold and dried raw sewage.

tenant rights - ongoing pluming issues since I moved here - landlord suggesting we break our lease need guidance would like TRAO information. 10/3/2025 Spoke to complainant. Tenant was displaced for 8days due to sewage and other issues at their own expense. What are rights?
