Landlord is not paying water bill to Seattle Utilities even though tenants are paying the landlord for water. We received a notice on 2/15/24 that in 30 days our water will be shutoff if landlord doesn't respond. Landlord owes 7.5 million dollars to bank, is not making payments on loans, and the building will be sold in May because of this. The landlord is unresponsive to all of the tenants reaching out.
