There was a fire in the 4-car, attached carport about 40 days ago. The owner scraped off the burnt parts of the wood, added new 2x4s to the ceiling and painted it. Tenant is concerned that the structure is not sound and the tenants do not want to park their cars in the carport. The owner also told tenant that he did not report this fire to his insurance agent.
