There is a mattress, increased debris, clear evidence of someone looking through our trash and leaving trash on private property. There is also been complaints of noise from homeless yelling. There has been found unidentified drugs and clothes there's been a risk in resident safety in the morning when trying to get into our cars. Have had one encounter with an unauthorized person on property and continue to comeback despite telling them to leave.
