Only 2 openable windows in unit. No outlet in bathroom. Small exterior hole in wall below stairs in back of the house is stuffed with a shirt. Ceiling in master bedroom is bulging in, probable water damage. Alcove portion of 2nd-story unit is leaning to the left on cinder blocks.
