Per online complaint, "This house is single family zoned. Previous owner converted it to a duplex. Property manager told Inspector Ed Backman on April 2, 2009 that he removed the stove from the kitchen area of the lower unit and opened it up to the upstairs renter. Now the stove is back and the unit rented separately." Complainant called into complaint line to add she thinks the owner may be living in one of the units.
