The construction people have the entire alley blocked behind our house. At one point they even blocked a neighborh from driving her car out of her garage in order to go to work. The Contractor and Owner stated that they would not need to use the alley!

The new owners suddenly applied for a permit to build a DADU on property within our family neighborhood. Here are our complaints:1. No notification: After we heard about the sale of the property, we tried to locate the new owners through the King County Assessor's office, but the sale was not listed and only the previous owner was shown. But, then we witnessed surveyors on the property and in the alley. We reviewed the Portal System and located the new owners. Why weren't they require
