Elevator has been out for months and management seems to be doing nothing. We moved in in November it worked for a few weeks then was disabled in december and hasnt worked since.

Rodent infestation in rental unit (since 11/16). MGMT claims that it is not the duty of the landlord to address the problem.

"Per online complaint" I am tenant of this apartment. (The room number is 104b) Last week, I found a leaking on bathroom ceiling and the ceiling collapsed quickly after that. I contacted the manager right after, but still got no answer. There's a huge hole on ceiling and i'm sure it's dangerous for build.
